HERstory

Shawndria Dennison is from Gainesville, Fl. Shawndria was born into a powerful bloodline. She is the daughter of the late Bishop Larry and Shepherd Mother Margaret Dennison. Shawndria is a preacher’s daughter and very active in her parents ministry. Shawndria attends the greatest church on this side of heaven, Compassionate Outreach Ministries in Gainesville, Fl. Shawndria has been working with the youth in her church and the community for over 20 years. Shawndria has worked in the private and public school system. 

In 2007, Shawndria graduated with an Associates Degree in Allied Health.

In 2015, Shawndria studied and took classes on branding and marketing.

In 2016, Shawndria worked for multiple local businesses as their brand specialists.

In 2018, Shawndria was ordained as the Youth Pastor at her church. 

In 2020, Shawndria established, High-class Educated Role Models® Empire, Inc., as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and, High-class Educated Role Models® Empire & Co., Inc., as a for profit in the state of Florida. 

Shawndria Dennison is the face and the force behind High-class Educated Role Models® Empire & Co., Inc., which is locally and globally known as, Thee H.E.R. Empire, which is a dual business entity with a profit and a nonprofit organization that’s dedicated to developing girls to be examples of positivity in their local schools and communities and encouraging women to be a ray of sunshine and hope in a dim lit world!

At H.E.R. Empire, under the direction of the founder and CEO, Shawndria, we push, pray, counsel, and mold girls and women of all ages, races and creeds to walk in their destiny and full fill and live in their God given purpose to the maximum!

Shawndria and the business entities of H.E.R. Empire has provided many arms of reach of support and resources to its community, state, and the globe. Shawndria and H.E.R. Empire cares for women, young and old, spiritually and holistically. Shawndria believes that girls and women should experience mental, spiritual, financial, and physical healing and freedom! 

In 2020, Shawndria became a Certified Life Coach. 

February 4th, 2021, Shawndria launched her online boutique to the world. Late 2021, Shawndria rebranded her boutique and reopened it as, EMPRESSive by H.E.R. Empire & Co. EMPRESSive is currently an online plus size women boutique. At EMPRESSive, not only would you find the latest fashion trends, but also, statement accessories and our very own cosmetics brand. Last but not least, at EMPRESSive, you will find the ConHERsations brand, a custom T-shirts and trinkets available for purchase! Have you been EMPRESSed yet? 

On December 31st, 2021, EMPRESSive by H.E.R. Empire & Co. released it’s very own cosmetics line called, EMPRESSive Cosmetics. 

In January 2022, the nonprofit birthed, Miss H.E.R., the princess edition of, Thee High-class Educated Role Models® Empire, Inc, an all girls mentoring program for ages 10-18. H.E.R. Empire, a nonprofit organization, is locally and globally known! #iamHER

In March 2022, Thee High-class Educated Role Models® Empire, Inc, received its 501(c)(3) status!

In May 2022, Shawndria was asked to sit on the SAC (School Advisory Council) of Lake Forest Elementary for the School Board of  Alachua County. Shawndria accepted and will start for the 2022-2023 school year.

Throughout the years, God has allowed Shawndria and her companies to accomplish many successful contracts and profitable opportunities. Yet, there's one accomplishment God has favored Shawndria to achieve and she gives Him all of the glory for, and that is, to be able to open in Fall 2022, Florida's, Gainesville, and Alachua County's first and only active, all girls preparatory preschool which is known as, H.E.R. Academy (High-class Educated Role Models® Academy) in the beautiful city of Gainesville, Fl. 

As of today, Shawndria’s life and companies are still evolving… Eyes haven't seen,
nor ears have heard, all of the good things God has in store!
